If you wish to become an affiliate, simply email me your name, site name and site url (and whether you wish to be a normal affiliate or an elite affiliate). If there's a particular button you would like me to use, or a celebrity you want on the link (for elite affiliates only), please also include this in the email, otherwise I'll just picka button from your site.
